This Downeast "Pocket" Lobster Yacht was built by Atlas Boat Works in Cape Coral Florida, which is known for building quality boats. She is turn-key ready for picnicking, cruising, and fishing. The semi-displacement hull has a reputation for maintaining good speed in choppy water and providing a soft ride for all onboard. Standing headroom of 6'2" at the helm. Forward cabin provides a berth for two, molded galley unit, and portable head. The cockpit is spacious and self bailing with a stern seat aft. A versatile and stable pocket cruiser!

Below in the cabin is a double vee berth forward with a portable head in the center--all with tan cushions. In the port aft cabin is the galley console, which consists of a stainless steel sink with hand pump for fresh water, a top-loading ice box, and locker below with a teak louvered door. The headroom is 4'2". Overhead opening hatch and four opening ports offer good ventilation and natural lighting.
Through the center folding door and into the wheelhouse the helm is to starboard with a cushioned helm chair and to port a fold-down chair. The VHF radio is mounted above and the compass, GPS, engine controls and gauges are mounted on the bulkhead. Stainless steel destroyer wheel. An open wheelhouse with port, starboard and aft sides. The headroom is 6'2".
The engine box is in the center, rod holders port and starboard under side decks, and the stern seat is in the aft cockpit with a locker below. Tan cushions for engine box and stern seat. A teak swim platform with stainless steel ladder is mounted off the transom.
Forward to the foredeck are teak handrails along the shelter and cabin tops, a stainless steel bow rail, a set of chalks, and a center cleat. On the stern deck are two stainless steel cleats and a flag holder. Two opening Bomar hatches are also on the shelter and cabin tops. All decks are molded nonskid.
