Generous teak swim grid has integrated fish well recessed in the centre. Silent Sailer Exhaust directs noise and fumes under water. Teak transom has superb gold leaf name and hailing port. The teak rails and transom covering boards are in excellent shape as are all of the polished stainless and chrome plated accessories that abound. Custom gold leafed teak placards denote the fuel and water fills. there are power outlets for the down rigger mounts and for 12V accessories. The polished stainless and teak bridge ladder folds up and out of the way to provide an expansive cockpit lounging area with heavy teak furniture atop hatches to the Lazarette space below. Hidden cockpit lighting.
Up the ingenious folding ladder to the bridge reveals freshly upholstered back to back companion and swivel helm seating. Large wind deflector Venturi, full controls and storage. A fitted black Sunbrella canvas cover protects this area when not in use.
large double mahogany doors swing wide admitting fresh breezes to this incredibly bright, airy space. The perforated vinyl headliner is fresh with new recessed lighting and Nakamichi speakers. A clever overhead chart and publication storage loft is to port, above a custom seat that houses a 3.3 cubic foot stainless lined deep freeze unit with a 12 volt compressor. By extending hidden panels and drawing across the table from the starboard side a small twin berth sleeping area is created for occasional guests. Access to the galley refrigerator, a 12 volt compressor unit, is provided via a heavy mahogany door with chromed latch handle. Side windows are opening, have new insect screens. The forward centre windshield opens effortlessly with the original hand crank mechanism. The helm is simple with original instrumentation, butter smooth controls and Hydraulic steering. There is a ComNav Autopilot, and Apelco depth finder and a Raytheon VHF radio, Shore power distribution, reverse polarity indicator, circuit protection and a Galvanic corrosion control system are installed here. Teak deck has opening hatches for excellent engine access.
Down two steps to the lower salon which includes galley and spacious dinette. The amount of natural light and ventilation is exceptional. Fresh perforated vinyl headliners with recessed dim-able cantaluppi lighting and Nakamichi stereo speakers. A Lewmar Ocean series sailboat hatch was installed in the centre with a mahogany coaming admitting light and breezes. The galley is linear to port with copious storage, large sink and 3 burner Princess range and oven (110Volt AC). 12Volt DC refrigerator is aft and has access from upper Salon as well. AC and DC metering and master switches are on aft bulkhead with an access to engine seacocks and batteries. Carpet underfoot. Clarion stereo with two amplifiers and subwoofer is installed along with TV DVD. All cabin side windows were removed and rebuilt with new screens and slides.
Ahead to port is the very bright head with electric toilet, shower wand and vanity. Opening screened windows. Generous floor space. Y valve head to holding tank.
V Berth is private with mahogany door and separate access to head. Roomy vestibule area allows easy dressing. To starboard is a very nice bureau with multiple drawers, a hanging locker and cabinets. V berth is large with a removable filler cushion. Cabinets underneath, 2 fixed hull ports and a screened overhead hatch. Access to anchor locker forward. Mahogany hull side panelling and Cantaluppi light fixtures/ reading lamps.
Crusader 454/350hp mains start instantly. Engines were dynamically balanced and custom camshafts were installed before installation to match propeller power curve at 2800 RPM for efficiency. High energy ignitions. 1100 indicated hours
Quiet fume free operation.

Custom solid teak anchor bow sprit with polished stainless chain guide holds a Danforth type anchor which is served by an Ideal windlass with foot switches and helm controls. Ample chain rode.
Decks are teak planked with several layers of Sikkens coating and an embedded traction agent. Deck perimeter is a varnished oak finish for water drainage.
All deck hardware has been removed and reconditioned. Stanchion bases were replaced with stainless, all brass hardware has been re- plated to a high standard.
Cabin side windows have been removed, rebedded and replaced with new sliders and new screens.
Cabin tops are fibreglass with linear polyurethane spray finish
A new Lewmar ocean Series hatch was installed on forward cabin top with custom mahogany coaming for light and air.
