Interior

The interior of Thrilleeker is simple, but comfortable. This boat was built for sightseeing, so each side is almost entirely windows. Easy-to-clean cushioned bench seating for 28 passengers and two crew members make up the bulk of the interior. The floor has non-slip surfacing and the back of each bench seat has hand hold rails for passenger safety and foot rests for comfort. The interior port side helm has a comfortable air-ride swivel chair and all controls within arm s reach. Marine carpeting where possible and the insulated engine room help make a quiet ride so passengers can hold conversations and hear guides as they talk about local lore and wildlife species. Passengers will be happy to know that there is a head with an electric flush commode in the rear of the cabin. In the colder months, two Websto forced air diesel furnace heaters keep everyone warm.

On Deck

Thrillseeker has plenty of decking for those times when watching the world around you is best done standing up and outside. Coming aboard is easy for your passengers from either port or starboard. She has large non-skid aft and bow decking. Access the bow through a center walk-through in the forward part of the cabin. High safety railing with extra cabling keep passengers safely aboard, no matter how small those passengers may be.

Engine and Mechanical

Propelled by two powerful 437 horsepower Cummins QSB 6.7 diesel engines with only 80 hours on them. They push this 38-footer to a nice, brisk cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 44 knots. Easily access the engines for maintenance through the flush deck hatches. Thrillseeker has a Hamilton Jet 292 jet drive, hydraulic steering and controls. Her aluminum fuel tank carries 210 gallons of fuel for a full day of sightseeing. If you need to set anchor, she has Bruce 22-pound anchor, chain and line in the bow anchor locker.

Electrical and Electronics

At the helm, the navigation electronics package is centered on a Garmin touchscreen integrated system, including the GP, plotter, radar and depth sounder. Windshield wipers keep your vision clear when cruising through choppy or rainy weather. She has four 2019 start batteries and two housebanks and a battery charger. She plugs into 30 amp shore power at the dock. Of course, this is a tour boat, so she has an excellent Wet Sounds stereo system with six flush-mounted cabin speakers and two 10 inch deck speakers.
