Zulu was designed by Paul Gartside and built by Jespersen Boat builders in Sidney, British Columbia. She looks absolutely stunning with her beautiful lines and modern graphics. The hull is cold moulded using red cedar which was tapered in thickness from keel to sheer. Zulu is a fast racer as well as a comfortable cruiser with it's most beautiful fully fitted interior in high gloss cherry wood. The carbon rig and adjustable carbon bowsprit together with a comprehensive North Sails inventory consisting of 11 high performance sails puts her on the podium in Pacific Northwest races. An entrant of the 2008 Vic-Maui Race, Zulu then carried on to New Zealand and back to Canada.
