This 52 Jefferson Marquesa EDH (Extended Deck House) is an inexpensive luxury condo on the water! 
She is a very spacious and well-designed cruising yacht.  
Turn Key, cruise in style and comfort!
Her interior accommodations give her the feel of a much larger yacht.  She features the 3 Staterooms and 3 Head layout with the mid-ship VIP Stateroom featuring a full size island Berth  The forward Stateroom features upper and lower Berths, privacy door and ensuite Head.  The  Master Stateroom features a full beam centerline layout with queen size Island Berth, privacy door, lots of closet and drawer space.  The Master Stateroom also includes a spacious ensuite Head with full size tub.  As you enter the port Pilot House door, you are on the main deck level where the lower Helm Station is located with a triple wide bench seat directly in front of you.  Aft of the Helm Station and separated by a beautiful partition of etched glass is the Salon.  This beautiful etched glass is artwork quality and in the Salon/living room area.  The large spacious Salon utilizes the full beam of this vessel.  It is tastefully appointed with Sofa, Loveseat and 2 comfortable upholstered Chairs, custom wall covering and window treatments.  Several pieces of quality furniture include two glass end tables, Samovar lamp and large, thick, beveled glass coffee table.  Large windows provide plenty of natural light and fresh air.  All windows have custom privacy screens that snap on the outside but still allow excellent visibility from inside the Salon.  Beautiful teak parquet flooring runs throughout this yacht and compliments the  rich mahogany and teak woodwork.
Across the front of the Salon is a cabinet that includes a Wetbar with Sink and bottle storage, lots of storage and a huge flatscreen TV.  A sliding pocket style door exits the Salon onto the Aft Deck area.  The Aft Deck serves as your personal balcony with teak capped railing, removable privacy screen, 2 wicker chars, wicker table, BBQ grill and access to the Swim Platform.
The Flybridge is extremely spacious and offers a tremendous view all around; it is well designed for operation of the vessel as well as accommodating family and friends.  The Bridge features a large L-shaped lounge to port and another seating area to starboard as well as a wetbar with sink and icemaker.  Also, a teak table and chairs with custom cushions and special Cinzano umbrella.  At the Aft end of the Bridge is the electric davit that had its motor replaced recently.
Two independent engine rooms located aft below the Salon deck accessed via the stairwell hallway to the master state room on the port and starboard sides.  The engine rooms are equipped with opening doors forward and aft.  These engine rooms house Twin  Detroit 6V92TA 8 cyl Diesels creating 550HP each.  Excellent access and serviceability is provided.  These engines are clean and very well maintained.  The generator is mounted in the generator room under the galley sole.  The unit is equipped with a main disconnect switch, start and stop, with a panel at the lower helm containing a start and stop, preheat and gauges for water temperature, oil pressure, volts and hour meter.

She gets her bottom done once a month.  She has 2 New CruiseAir Units. This vessel is in excellent condition!
