Anchoring: Recent “Kobra” 12v. 1000w. electric windlass
30 Metres of 10mm. recent anchor chain and galvanising of anchor plus an additional 30 metres cable attached to the chain - giving 60 metres in all. There is also a 23lb “Chum” - or ~”Angel" (with extra weight) which the owner uses often. The owner anchors a lot, the anchor in use is a 45lb CQR anchor. However there are also spare anchors on board: Fishermans, Fortress FX23 and a light Kedge for shallow anchoring.

Accommodation
Companionway hatch is located at the bridge deck at the forward end of the aft cockpit and is offset to starboard.
Pilothouse/Saloon/Galley
Dinette to port, with the galley and a wet locker to starboard. The backrest of one of the seats at the dinette hinges aft and transforms into a helm seat which allows you access to the second steering station. Saloon table, two large overhead hatches and plenty of storage under the settee. The seating can also convert to a large berth (handy for anchor watch).
A large and well-planned galley with a 2018 two burner gas cooker with grill and oven, twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water and seawater tap. Loads of storage lockers and a top loading 12V. fridge.
Navigation Station
Large navigation table in front of the helm with ample space for the instruments.
Engine Room
The engine room is under the floor and is accessed by lifting the floorboards at the galley.
Lower Saloon
The lower saloon is forward of the pilothouse and down a few steps. The saloon table can convert to a double berth. There are also two single berths in this area with lee cloths, four overhead hatches and loads of storage space including a drinks cabinet.
Forepeak
Double V berth, hanging locker, shelves, opening deck hatch and plenty of storage lockers. There is an en-suite shower and heads to starboard.
Owners Aft Cabin
The roomy aft cabin is accessed from the pilothouse down a few steps. Large double berth with hanging locker and storage lockers to starboard and a roomy en-suite with heads and shower to port.
