This late model Cutlass 27 is a pretty long keeled cruiser with elegant lines and solidly built by Marcon. They are well-proven offshore with excellent sailing performance, considered a sensibly priced and more accommodating alternative to the Contessa 26. An excellent choice for those with a limited budget but unlimited cruising aspirations, many have been used for long-distance cruising! La Sirena is now at the point in life where she requires some updating and time spent to bring her to her former glory but has a modern engine.

The accommodation offers four berths in two cabins. V berth forward with two single berths in the saloon. Jabsco marine toilet with hanging locker opposite. Galley area with sink and manual fresh water supply.
Located abaft the companionway, Beta 13hp twin cylinder diesel engine (new 2008). Electric start. Freshwater indirect cooled. Shaft drive to fixed pitch three-bladed propeller. Single lever control.
The engine has run for just 20 hours since installation and appears in very good cosmetic condition.
Masthead rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Slab reefing to mainsail (three reefs). Hanked headsail. Two sheet winches and single halyard winch. Spinnaker pole.

Any buyer is encouraged to view and it may be possible for permission to be obtained for mechanical inspection or survey at their own cost and risk.
