PRICE JUST REDUCED $5,000! Owner Relocated!
This 2 owner Tartan 37 is one of the most respected Performance Cruisers of all time. She is a Sparkman & Stephens design that sails as well as she looks. "Walden" (Hull # 199) is as clean and well maintained as she looks. Her standing rigging has been replaced as well as most of her running rigging. Though she has had her rudder rebuilt, she is otherwise tight with no other known leaks or hull and deck problems. Main and genoa were replaced in 2012 and have only been lightly used since. The Engine Start Battery was replaced in 2015. A Garmin GPS was also installed in 2015. Alternater rebuilt in 2018. I don't think you will find a cleaner, better maintained boat like this Tartan 37. She is ready for family cruising or club racing or both. The included Zodiac 9'4" Inflatable dinghy with Tohatsu 6 hp outboard makes this a must see boat! You really need to see Raven before making a purchase.
I have years of experience in boating, both power and sail on the Chesapeake Bay. Power boating being most of my experience but really enjoying the wind and the quietness of sailing.
Being in business all my life first in owning retail furniture stores then in a technology company handling small business needs has given me experience in not only sales but customer service, organization and management. With the years of sales experience, I realized I really enjoy helping people hone in on what they want and then helping find the perfect fit. I am diligent in research and follow-up which allows me to ensure my clients are well informed and fully confident in making the best decisions possible.
