Borrowing heavily from the ideas of Hunter owners, dealers and prospective customers, the popular 36 represents the end collaboration of enthusiast feedback, brought to life by the hands and minds of Hunter engineers. The extra wide beam spans nearly the entire length of the boat to maximize both topside and interior accommodations. A large sail locker easily stores gear, while the generously proportioned cockpit features a Lewmar®steering system, fold-up tables and plenty of room for relaxation.

Crystal Blue II was lifted out for survey in May 2012. The undersides were pressure washed and the shaft anode replaced. Anti-fouling carried out in 2010 was good for a further year and she is now booked in for anti-fouling mid April 2013.
Crystal Blue II was purchased in UK by the present British owner in May 2012 who had aspirations of sailing on into the Med. and eventually back to to UK through French waterways, taking 'as long as it took'. She was sailed to Sesimbra, just south of Lisbon,in the summer of '12 where she has been berthed and sailed since. Sadly,as a result of a changing medical condition she is now back on the market. The owner is presently living close to Sesimbra marina and is readily available for viewings. This yacht is true value for money. It is a superb live-aboard in all climates and is easily sailed, although still challenging. It has an excellent inventory, is superbly maintained and presented and is ready to sail away.
