Sea Escape has a very clean and well-maintained interior. Step into her bright interior from the stern deck through a watertight aluminum door. You ll immediately notice that this vessel has everything you need to fully enjoy your trip on the water, whether just for the day or for a weekend or longer. Immediately to your right is a compact galley with a Flamineta two-burner LPG stove with oven, a Magic Chef refrigerator/freezer, and a single stainless steel sink with a hot and cold pressure water faucet. Beyond the galley is the interior helm with an adjustable pilot s seat. The cabin has two aluminum framed side cabin windows slide open, one is located right next to the helm. The carpeted v-berth with vinyl cushions sleeps three quite comfortably. A watertight Lexan skylight/ventilation/escape hatch lets in a breeze, if it s needed. Two heaters on board Sea Escape keep you warm on those early or late season trips. An aft cabin forced air heater runs on propane, and one in the bow is an Eberspacher Airtronic D-5 diesel forced air heater with cabin outlets. A 10-gallon diesel tank is located under the berth cushions. On the port side of the cabin across from the helm is a four-person convertible dinette with easy-to-clean vinyl cushions. Removing the cushions accesses extra storage in the seats. Lower the cushions at night for an additional berth for two people. The roomy head is located in the aft port corner of the cabin and has a Jabsco marine toilet with electric macerator, a showerhead faucet with pressurized hot and cold fresh water, an exhaust fan, and a sliding window. The large windows in Sea Escape provide nearly a 360 degree view of the scenery around you, making every trip on this vessel a new adventure to be had.
Come aboard Sea Escape via the port side transom door, perfect for those with wobbly dock and sea legs. Her massive self- bailing stern deck has plenty of room for you to bring a bunch of family and friends, but only if you want to. This vessel is completely manageable for a lone captain as well. Welded storage trays along the gunnels keep longer items like line hooks nicely tucked away, but also act as toe rails so you can lock in while fighting the big one. Welded safety rails along the stern gunnels as well as in the bow also help keep you out of the water. Three stern storage compartments keep bumpers and other gear put away when not needed. Centerline is a large fish storage hold with bilge pump. The seawater wash down hose, located under the starboard steering console, is set up with a valve to flood the fish hold for a live tank. Next to the starboard aft cabin bulkhead is the shore power and freshwater spigot for reel and pole wash down. The gunnels also hold an Ace/Brutus electric 10-inch line hauler with davit, as well as four Cannon manual downriggers with mounts. Sea Escape also has a large cleaning table for quick filleting. Off her bow, there is plenty of foot space for several people to fish. Her foreword cabin roof makes a quick bench for a little break. The welded cabin top with roof rails and a portable ladder has a huge amount of rooftop space to store extra gear or an inflatable dinghy. Five rocket launchers on each side of the cabin roof keep unused rods out of the way. A slight cockpit cover keeps the sun and rain off the cabin door and supports bimini top for a weather cover at the aft cabin entry.
Enjoy the confidence of reliable Yamaha power with Sea Escape s well-maintained two 2005 225 horsepower four-stroke outboard gas engines. Each engine has 2,400 hours on it with many, many hours of life remaining. An aluminum pipe outboard motor guard welded to the stern protects them. Her brisk cruise speed of 25 knots at 4500 rpm and a top speed of 35 knots mean you'll spend less time in transit and more time enjoying your location of choice. A single 265 gallon aluminum fuel tank keeps those engines running for a good long time at 25 gallons per hour. Sea Escape s dual helms are equipped with Sea Star Teleflex steering and hydraulic controls. When you want to anchor for a while, she s got a 28.5 pound plow type anchor connected to a Lofranes electric winch by 30 feet of chain and 600 feet of line. A spare anchor and two spare propellers come with her, if you need them.
