Stunning modern carbon Baltic

einmotorig / diesel
Scarlino, Italien
aktueller Preis:
EUR  900,000 Versteuert

A stunning example of a recent pairing between Judel Vrolijk & Baltic Yachts. Built in carbon/epoxy and with hull lines optimised for effortless light airs performance. Three cabin plus crew layout and a fantastic single cockpit deck layout.

Naval architect, judel/vrolijk & co, has performed extensive performance calculations using latest VPP software includ-ing CFD studies. First priority when planning and designing this yacht has been given to the performance and taken even beyond all the normal handicap rules which one should con-sider when designing a yacht of this caliber. Various displace-ments, sail areas, stability alternatives have been analysed in order to find the optimum performance concept. The final concept is a high performance yacht with emphasis on per-formance in the light winds.

``Aledoa`` comes with a lot of equipment and spare parts.

The main goal with this project was to create a comfortable and safe cruising yacht but with high priorities on optimizing sailing performance. In order to create top level performance characteristics it is important that the yacht is kept light. High technology in material and construction are the main tools to achieve this. Carbon Epoxy Vacuum infused laminates were used for deck and hull and this plus bulkheads and interior flat panels produced in Baltic Yachts´ unique laminating press granted an optimum result.

Detailed weight studies by Baltic Yachts and extensive VPP calculations, including CFD studies, by the Naval Architect, Judel/Vrolijk & co, running several variations in displacement and sail areas against each other guaranteed that the performance criteria’s would be reached.

Baltic Yachts was founded 35 years ago in 1973 by five men looking to build superior yachts – or superyachts - that would give them the edge over their competitors. Baltic Yachts is now one of the leading names in custom and semi-custom made luxury yachts for sale.

The Baltic Yachts Ltd yard is located in a village called Bosund on the West coast of Finland. Here they have developed excellent facilities for building their yachts.

The first yacht built by Baltic Yachts Ltd was the Baltic 46 in 1974. Since then they have built custom and semi-custom built yachts for sale in all sizes from 38ft to 152ft.

RCD Status:
