Sleeps four in master stateroom and guest stateroom combined. Pilothouse settee converts to a double berth. Master stateroom and Guest stateroom have private heads with separate shower stalls.

Salon has a generous U-shaped settee with a adjustable teak table in center with fold out leaves that converts this area into a double berth. Two stuffed barrel chairs are located to starboard. A entertainment center is housed in a corner cabinet and includes a TV with satellite receiver, VHS, DVD, sound controller and a Sony theater sound. The Salon has recently been redecorated, all furnishing recovered, new window treatments and blinds. Sliding doors give access to the aft cockpit.
A staircase from the pilothouse starboard forward leads to a private centerline queen berth with full head and separate shower stall. An access door forward leads to hallway and washer/dryer location. A large cedar lined closet is located to port with numerous storage cabinets on port and starboard. TV with satellite receiver is located to port however stows flush with cabinets to look like a storage cabinet. This stateroom contains custom fitted linens with comforter, two operable port lights and a escape hatch located over berth. Spacious guest head has a large stand -up shower with door, corian countertops, holly teak decks and two operable port lights. 110 outlets are available in head and stateroom.
A staircase aft of pilothouse starboard leads to a private master stateroom. Master stateroom has a raised queen size bed with custom fitted linens and comforter. A large cedar lined cabinet with hanging locker is located at the base of the staircase starboard. A large dresser adorns the aft bulkhead and another cedar-lined locker occupies the port bulkhead. More storage is cleverly integrated in the master stateroom's floor plan. Ample storage cabinets in head with Corian countertop with integrated bowl and holly-teak decks complete the master head. The master suite is outfitted with TV, operable port lights in head as well as an escape hatch in the overhead leading to the pilothouse.
Sliding doors port and starboard give access to the pilothouse from exterior. Two helm chairs with teak trim and an L-shaped couch with adjustable teak table, which converts to a berth, comprise the furnishings in the pilothouse. The decks are holly-teak. An under counter refrigerator to starboard complete the amenities. All electronics are mounted in a large console with chart drawers mounted in the table base.
Up five steps from the Pilothouse is the flybridge which can also be accessed by a ladder from the aft cockpit. The flybridge has two helm chairs with teak trim facing forward and wrap around seating and two tables. Handy storage is located beneath the seating, a built-in Isotherm refrigerator/freezer, sink and faucet complete the amenities. A custom Chaise lounge on the starboard side is one of the many unique features on this Offshore. A semi hardtop and electronics console with all electroncs flush mounted complete the flybridge. Custom fitted covers protect all electronics, seating and tables on flybridge.
