AS NICE AS THEY COME! Peace has had only one owner and was used sparingly during the summer months and then winterized and put away every fall. Owning a boat like this with low-hour Suzuki engines will give you confidence that Peace is a supreme boat that will take you on great adventures with low maintenance bills for you for years to come!
This sport fisher is keenly designed to spend a long day fishing your favorite waters. But if you need to spend the night on Peace, she can accommodate two overnight. In her bow, a v-berth with zipper privacy closure provides a sleeping or lounging area for two, but this space also doubles as a head with a an electric commode available when the need arises. In the main cabin, two cushioned adjustable chairs are at the helm for the captain and co-captain. Just behind both chairs are two cushioned benches with cushioned back rests that add seating for up to four more passengers. Large windows allow for a nearly unbroken 360-degree view of the scenery. The two large side windows slide open when fresh air is needed. Wall-to-wall non-skid flooring will keep your passengers feet steady when standing, plenty of hand railing around the cabin will also help with that. While underway, the watertight cabin door will keep you dry inside and the forced air diesel furnace will keep you warm. Throughout the interior, her walls are lined with sound deafening carpet panels to help create a quieter ride.
The raised bow with high rails on Peace really sets her apart from all other aluminum sport fishers on the market today. Several people can stand here and fish with a lovely view of the surrounding water. Thin side decks with plenty of railing make it easy to move between the bow and the cockpit. The large cockpit has a canvass roof covering the entire deck, which helps keep faces out of the pouring rain. The cockpit can easily fit a six pack of fishermen and the nets, rods, tackle and other important equipment needed for the day. Two flip-up bench seats are available to provide quick relief for tired backs and legs. Fish boxes in the gunnels keep the day's catch out of the way. Rod holders are mounted to the gunnels. The self-bailing deck coupled with the deck wash down system clean things up in a snap. Nine rocket launchers welded to the cabin top makes a great place to store rods away when not in use. The cabin top also makes a great place to store a dinghy, kayaks, crab pots or other gear. Two flip down sections in the port and starboard sides of Peace make boarding a breeze.
The power on Peace is provided by two reliable 2004 Suzuki DF 140 horsepower gas engines, each with a scant 850 hours on them. They have been nicely broken in, but still have most of their traveling days ahead of them. She cruises at 30 knots at 4,200 rpm and has a top speed of 45 knots, so you can get there, get fishing and get back quite quickly. Fuel usage is 12 gallons per hour and she carries 120 gallons of fuel, so you can enjoy your day from dawn to dusk. Her stable handling will blow you away; she flies over chop and doesn't pound the waves. If extraordinary performance is your thing, Peace is your boat.
A Raymarine C80 GPS/plotter/radar and VHF provides all the navigation tools you need to get to you there and back safely and directly.
There's a reason why Peace is such a fitting name for this vessel. She comes with a lot of peace of mind when it comes to safety and handling. This boat is not only known for its incredibly smooth ride, but it has been rated by the US Coast Guard as unsinkable without floatation. She is a very solid aluminum boat manufactured in Bellingham, Wash. The hull is made of individual small aluminum chambers and it's those buoyant chambers that make her the ideal rough weather boat.
