Vessel Description and Walkthrough
The First 36.7 has character, style, performance and all the equipment of a true 36' racer, plus easy live-aboard comfort. It has a very effective deck plan, large ergonomic cockpit perfect for genoa trimmers with the mainsheet-trim position beside the helm. The First 36.7 carries all the hallmarks of a great cruiser-racer.
From the companionway the galley is port, with top-opening refrigerator, twin stainless steel sinks, two burner stove and oven and a trash can cupboard below sink. The navigation station is to starboard. The main salon has settees to port and starboard with a drop leaf varnished table on the centerline. The door to the head is forward to port, with Jabsco manual toilet, stainless steel sink, and vanity cabinet. The faucet doubles as a shower head. The door to the forward v-berth cabin is to starboard. Aft of the companionway are two large aft cabins, a queen size berth on port side and a double berth on starboard.
There are storage cabinets throughout - above the settees in the salon, above the fridge and stove in the galley, below the chart table at the nav station, and each of the three cabins has a large hanging locker.
