Seasonal Update: On 9/15/17 vessel will be placed into indoor heated storage for the winter. She is easily viewed any time of year with short notice!
Brokers Note: Ray Sea Lady is by far and away the most comprehensibly managed, updated, and cared for 58 Bluewater in North America, with detailed records and receipts accounting for every one of her upgrades and improvements.
Including her hydraulic swim platform, she measures 65', and yet provides a shallow draft of 36" at keel and 32" at props, low bridge clearance (15'5" with the radar lowered), and coastal cruising ability that will allow you to cruise the Loop, Keys, and Bahamas in grand style with more than enough room to have family & friends join you along the way.
NOTE: Photos were taken 8/23/2017. ALL photos are of the actual boat, unfiltered and un-retouched.
A Note From the Owner:
We originally purchased the boat to fulfill a lifelong dream of doing the Great Loop.
The boat has been to Key West and the Bahamas and has cruised the Atlantic coast as well as all 5 of the Great Lakes.
Over the last several years we have extended our cruises from a few weeks to several months at a time in preparation for the ultimate long cruise. As we discovered potential improvements, they were implemented with an open wallet attitude. We made all the necessary modifications to accommodate the long cruise.
We have significantly upgraded the boats Electronics with Garmin Equipment, Electrical with Mastervolt Equipment and all batteries are AGM Lifeline as of May 2014, and Refrigeration systems with a total of 20 C/F of refrigeration and 9 C/F of freezer capacity.
We also added airseps, new Racor assemblies, AlgaeX fuel conditioning and a fuel polisher to insure clean air and fuel for our diesel engines. We also added an Oil X-Change-R oil change system for all three engines to facilitate oil changes and an automated fuel system air bleeding system, so as to make it the ideal perfect, low maintenance, long range cruiser in preparation for our one to two year cruise around the Great Loop. Our current book value is at $603,764.26.
If you are in the market for a Bluewater, look no further, this is by far, the best equipped and best condition Bluewater on the market.
Unfortunately, doing that trip is no longer part of our plans.
A word of advice, if you have a dream, don’t wait for everything to be perfect before going for it because things could change in a moment.
But, if, like me, you have a dream of doing the Great Loop or extended cruising, but do not have several years to spend in upgrading a boat to make it perfect, then look no further, this boat is the best equipped Bluewater on the market today and is the ideal low draft coastal cruiser for such a trip and already has all the Garmin chips for all of the Great lakes, atlantic coast and Gulf coast.
Discounted relocation by USCG certified Captain available to any point on The Great Loop.
