Beneteau hit a home run with this Bruce Farr designed Racer/Cruiser, building more 40 foot racer/cruisers than any other manufacturer in the world. This three cabin design has plenty of room for family cruising and lots of horse power with a well designed efficient underbody and foils and a powerful balanced rig and sail plan, which gives the First 40.7 the ability to go upwind or downwind with much larger sailboats.
