Aft are two guest staterooms each with ensuite head and shower. This owners version yacht
has never been chartered. The equipment list is extensive and includes twin Airx wind generators, a diesel genset and a custom stainless steel arch.
The deck layout on the Beneteau 50 includes wide sidedecks, a teak-covered bulwark, and judiciously located hatches that ensure easy and safe circulation on deck. The 50 features a dual cockpit configuration: the guest cockpit is well protected and offers comfort for eight people around the standard table, while the crew cockpit has two steering positions and directly accessible winches for the helmsman. Access from the stern is made easy by a built-in step and a hinged door that lead to an uncluttered passageway to both cockpits. Designed to be adaptable to different sailing programs, this Beneteau 50 has following interior layout: two aft guest cabins and one forward master bedroom (an optional crew cabin in the forepeak is also available). The interior of this Beneteau 50 is made in teak finish. Light and ventilation are ensured by 11 opening hatches, 14 opening ports, 6 fixed skylights, and 4 Dorade boxes.
This yacht features the desirable “Owner’s Layout” with 3 staterooms and Captain’s quarters in the forepeak with head and shower. All 3 staterooms have their own private head. AC in all staterooms and main salon and each has separate thermostat. The Owner’s Stateroom is forward with large Queen bed to port, two hanging clothes lockers, vanity area and settee to starboard with drawer and cabinets. Head is forward to port with electric head with sink and medicine cabinet. Large shower stall is to starboard. Each has separate door. There are two en suite identical guest staterooms (port/starboard) aft of main salon.
The main salon is configured with the galley to starboard with a quite large U-shaped dinette to port. There is a center island area that houses ample storage cabinets and drawers which separates galley and dining area and affords ease of serving. The entire salon is fitted with rich wood and teak and holly cabin soles throughout.
The navigation area is at the foot of the companionway on the starboard side. It features a full array of instrumentation in redundancy to that which is at the dual helm stations plus SSB and convenient under seat storage.
