This Trintella was built by Trintilla Yachts for the owner of Trintella Yachts. It was this boat that was voted "Boat of the Year" 1998. The hull, deck, cockpit and superstructure are of scrimp composite sandwich construction for greater strength and noise and temperature insulation. Core materials are foam and balsa; the resin is vinylester. he deck features Trintella's trademark hard dodger/pilothouse center cockpit for safety and comfortable seating gives excellent all round visibility in bad conditions. The aft cockpit provides an ergonomically designed helm station and the hydraulic transom door opens to a huge aft storage area. Two double staterooms, one fore, one aft, with ensuite shower and head facility. The owner's cabin aft features a centreline queen, two hanging lockers and multiple storage lockers and drawers. The owner's head has a separate stall semi-circular shower. The cabin feels light and airy, has two opening hull ports with light and lighting from above. The hanging lockers in the owner's cabin, as with all hanging lockers throughout the boat, are cedar lined to keep clothes fresh and moth free.
The forward guest stateroom provides a double to port with large drawers under and lockers above, hanging lockers to starboard plus vanity. Forward is the full head facility with separate stall shower, head and oval sink. The main salon provides a generous settee, dining and/or cocktail table with seating for six. To starboard is the fully equipped navigation area with large chart table. The vessel's galley is aft of the salon to starboard and is laid out to insure safe and secure cooking and food preparation even in heavy weather. Throughout "ROGUE", quality is apparent. Her beautiful joinery below decks is finely varnished ash with maple trim, the upholstery is leather, her cabin floor is teak and holly, and she feels light and airy throughout.
