Lagoon 47, foam cored sandwich construction built in 1995 at the Lagoon France boatyards according to the plans designed by the architects Van Peteghem - Lauriot Prévost. She was launched in 1996.
During her first years she belonged to the charter company "Stardust" in French Polynesia and was used as a crewed charter catamaran.
In 2004 she was purchased by her second owner. He sailed her to the United States for a complete refit and added equipments (generator, watermaker, painted the hulls with Awlgrip, etc...).
She was bought by her third owner in 2005. He changed both engines and sail drives, installed a wind generator and solar panels and lived on the boat in the Caribbean - St Lucie.
In 2007 she was purchased by her current owners. They continued the improvements and prepared her for long sailing voyages. They have been sailing since: in the Caribbean, Venezuela, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala, Belize, Bahamas, United States, Colombia, French Polynesia, Cooks and Tonga. They are currently in Bahamas.
This catamaran flies the French flag, registered in Sint Maarten (tax excluded).
