Vision is an extended deck-house pilothouse offering a four stateroom, three-head configuration with a walk-in, stand-up engine room. Powered by Cat 3208TA engines with under 1000 hours, she is a Jack Sarin design that combines live-aboard luxury with long range cruising capabilities. The added attractions of a bow and stern thrusters enable her to maneuver in restricted areas despite adverse wind and current.
Vision's interior, aft deck and flybridge layout offer space rarely seen in a yacht under 70'. Teak joiner work abounds and a large amount of natural light from her over sized salon windows create an inviting and relaxing ambiance. Her master stateroom's CA queen bed, extensive cabinetry and storage are further enhanced by a Jacuzzi tub in the adjoining master head.
The vessel is held in an LLC, thus giving you tax advantages.
Vision is located in Sausalito and has a slip that could possibly transfer to the next owner. Slip is not a live-aboard. Seriously for sale and competitively priced.
The deck plan for this boat has three levels: flying bridge (upper helm and sun deck), main deck (living areas), and lower deck (staterooms, heads, engine room). The flying bridge helm enjoys an excellent 360-degree view for operations and has a center-line captain’s chair with mate’s chair to port. There is built-in (settee) seating with cushions plus a small sink and counter – all enclosed by canvas and isinglass. Aft and outside the canvas enclosure is an upper sun deck with space and installed tie downs for a dinghy; the electric dinghy lift crane is mounted to starboard.
The main deck areas include the lower helm with a large settee and table aft of the center-line captain’s chair, galley, living/dining area, and an aft sun deck. The aft sun deck has large port and starboard sliding glass windows and the transom section is enclosed with isinglass panels protected by removable canvas covers.
All four cabins and the three heads are located on the lower deck. The forward cabin is the master guest cabin with roomy private head that features a tiled floor, walk-in shower, VacuFlush toilet, sink with vanity and counter space. The berth is a CA queen, center-island with mirrored panels for a headboard. The stateroom is decorated with table lamps (2) and reading spotlights (2). Ventilation is provided by an opening overhead hatch and two opening port lights (port and starboard). There are two hanging lockers, stowage under the berth, and a floor panel for access to an additional stowage area and the bow thruster unit.
Proceeding aft down a few steps of a semi-circular stairway is the second (smaller) guest head with the same options. It serves the mid-cabin guest stateroom with two twin-size beds (drawers under each) divided by a chest of drawers. The stateroom is appointed with a table lamp, a reading spotlight for each berth, hanging locker, and opening port light. There are two floor access panels for servicing the bilge and plumbing systems.
Continuing aft, the walk-thru to the other mid-ships cabin/office has an opening port light and a large locker to starboard that contains the stacked washer and dryer. The office has a desk and chair backed by a settee that may serve as an additional berth. There is a swing-down bunk above the settee. This cabin has an opening port light and a full-size, triple-dogged swinging door for engine room access.
The owner’s stateroom is located aft and is accessed by a separate circular staircase descending from the main salon. Located in the stairwell is the main circuit breaker panel (115V and 12V) for all systems plus the generator control panel and a wiring access locker. The control panels for the inverter and the onboard security system are also located in the stairwell. At the bottom of the stairwell is the aft full-size, triple-dogged swinging door for engine room access.
The owner’s stateroom features a large CA queen berth with a mirrored-panel headboard décor. At the foot of the berth is a large chest of drawers with mirror; a 13” Emerson TV with RCA digital controller sits atop the chest of drawers. There are two bedside table units (each with a table lamp) with drawers, four hanging lockers, and a desk/vanity with chair and mirror. Ventilation is provided by opening port lights (5). The owner’s head offers a Jacuzzi tub/shower, Vacu Flush toilet, and sink with vanity counter space, mirror, and theater-style make-up table lighting. Ventilation and natural light are provided by an opening port light.
The galley is located amidships and offers a spacious working area with numerous cabinets, drawers, a pantry, and generous countertop space. The all-electric appliances are full-size (home) units that support living-aboard and entertaining.
Aft Sun Deck (enclosed)
The engine room is very spacious with excellent access to all sides of the engines as well as a myriad of other equipment. Entry/exit is available from the mid-ships stairwell or the office cabin using either of the full-size, three-dogged bulkhead doors. Lighting is provided by overhead 115V fluorescent lights and 12V lights.
