At nearly 11 metres this Hallberg Rassy is a fine example of a boat with a centre cockpit to create space for a generous cabin aft. The quality of construction in this yacht is perfect and as this vessel is owned by a shipyard owner it is also very well-maintained. The hull is coated in five layers of epoxy heavy coat mixed with copper powder which prevents growth and fouling and consequently only has to be re-coated every four years (with the epoxy heavy coat and copper powder). The boat is exceptionally well equipped, including a new electric windlass and bow thruster but also a ebersprecher heating was installed. Although it is not a racing boat it handles extremely well. A lot has been done to make this boat a comfortable sailor: the mainsail rolls into the mast which makes hoisting and lowering the sails very easy.
The boat has a cabin fore with two berths, a main cabin with L-shaped seating, a well- equipped galley and chart table. In the passage to the cabin is access to the engine and plenty of storage. Further back through a passageway below deck you enter the large cabin aft with double and single berths, bringing the total sleeping accommodation to 5.
