The Dehler 31 is a modern, six-berth, family cruising yacht. She's sold in Germany, Holland, Austria and Switzerland under the well-known class name Duetta 94. The Dehler 31 is designed by the internationally respected Van de Stadt Group. It was developed and beautifully styled under the personal supervision of Willi Dehler, Managing Director and Founder of the company. This offshore cruising yacht comes complete with a modern 7-8 rig, developed for shorthanded sailing and for families of all ages. On deck, the Dehler 31 has many clever features such as a furling genoa and a self-tacking jib arrangement for comfort at sea and ease of handling. Secure lifelines and a pulpit arrangement incorporating non-slips treads make boarding the vessel safer. The Dehler 31 has an anodized aluminum mast with halyards conveniently led aft through a tunnel system to the cockpit. Stowage for a liferaft is set immediately behind the tiller for quick and easy launching in an emergency. The large cockpit lockers, self-tailing winches, and angled cockpit sole improve comfort at sea. The deck area is stiffened by endgrain balsa sandwich construction with anti-skid cork and rubber panels incorporated if required. The flush-fitting forehatch and fixed lights complement a spacious and bright interior.
