First Light is a Fractional Rig (7/8th) version of the CONTEST 36S series. She has a SELDEN anodized aluminum mast and boom with internal halyards, single spreaders and a single-point chain-plate system. Main halyard and topping lift new in 2014. Harken Roller Furling, Backstay adjuster. Genoa tracks & double car (for each) (2) Turning blocks, for genoa and spinnaker

Rework and Upgrades
Deck - Did the whole smear: Work was performed by Jaggers Boat Works based out of New Foundland, NJ. (973-534-0644). Work consisted of Recaulking, Rebedding boards, screws replaced and new bungs, Sanding, Semco. There were no moisture issues identified during the work. Clean and Semco every season since.
