Improvements and upgrades have been done to this Present Sundeck Trawler that are way beyond the norm for a 1985 Sundeck.
New Awlgrip paint job 2014
Upgrades are as follows:
2001---Replaced thru hull fittings
2002---Replaced P/S shafts and starboard alternator
2003---Installed Garmin Chartplotter, replaced all rubrails with new hard plastic, installed new VHF antenna, and replaced autopilot compass.
2004---Installed new macerator pump and replaced forward Bilge pump.
2005---replaced 2 engine heat exchangers and 2 oil coolers, servived injectors and valves, and installed 2 new Twin Disc transmissions with new exhaust hose. Also replaced throttle and gear shift cables, rewired and replaced foot switch for windlass, installed 2 galvanic isolators and 2 bilge alarms.
2007---Replaced 4 8-D batteries, Removed all teak deck (except for sundeck) installed coosa board where needed and fiberglassed and painted entire deck with Awlgrip.
2008---Rebedded anchor pulpit and replaced anchor chain with 150' chain and 150' nylon rode.
2009--- Rebedded all stanchions.
2010---Installed new FireBoy clean agent fire extingushing system with alarms at both helm stations.
2011---Replaced aft macerator pump.
2012---Replace 4 Batteries (8-D) and installed new Mastervolt 40 amp floating battery charger.
2013---Painted hull, cabin, weather panels, and fly bridge with Awlgrip. All Cetol was removed from exterior teak and awaits chosen finish by new owner.
2014 Flybridge Bimini was repaired with new panels, 2 forward salon windows were replaced and fresh and salt water pumps replaced on Genset.

Brokers Note: The teak hand rails, side doors, cap rails, accent trim, and after Sundeck have been stripped of their old Cetol finish. The owner has chosen to allow the teak to go natural.
The boat will sleep 2 couples with comfort and privacy.The forward stateroom has hi/lo bunks with the upper bunk as a double. There is a nice hanging locker and dedicated head with shower along with full heat/air.
The after stateroom has a full centerline Island Queen bed with a portside dressing area with ample drawer storage and a huge cedar lined hanging closet. Starboard side has a bureau with ample drawer and hanging lockers, as well. A dedicated head, vanity and dedicated show stall ajoins the stateroom.
The salon dinnette table does convert to a double berth---in a pinch.
The main salon is very spacious and open with a breakfast bar that overlooks the galley.
Port/Starboard side doors allow for good cross ventilation.
The U-shape galley is very spacious and has a Princess 3 burner electric range with oven, Panasonic Microwave oven, Black & Decker toaster oven, and a Norcold 12v/110v refrigerator/freezer. Excellent counter surface and storage are built in.
