The Sigma 36 is constructed of hand laid GRP hull and deck mouldings in white gel coat with stiffening by way of bonded transverse plywood bulkheads; transverse GRP top hat section floors; frames and longitudinal stiffening in way of the topsides and turn of the bilge.

The sigma 36 has been designed as a cruiser racer from the start with plenty of berths for a large crew with the usual seagoing cot berths in the saloon and harbour berths in the bow and aft cabins.
Galley to port with oven sink and cool box set up for use at sea with additional fridge unit. Hot and cold pressurised water system and all amenities for coping with a large crew at sea.
Forward facing chart table and navigation are opposite to starboard with access to the quarter berth and aft cabin under the cockpit.
The saloon has a central table saloon berths either side and cot berths under the side decks.
Forward we have the heads with hanging/wet lockers and forward V berth with sail storage underneath.
