Today, Baltic Yachts is known throughout the world for leading designs and quality finish in every one of its yachts, down to the smallest detail. This Finish built Baltic 35 is unbelievable in its grandeur. She is a very fast racing sailboat or a comfortable family cruiser. Once you step below to the cabin area, you will immediately see how beautiful the interior is. The owner of this classic cruiser has meticulously maintained her beautiful teak interior. More than half of her life, she was a fresh water boat and maintained out of the water in a climate controlled environment during the winter months! New bottom paint 2016!
The interior cabin has a galley to port with a dinette and settee forward also to port. The navigation station is to starboard of the companionway with easy access to the cockpit and helm station. There is a guest stateroom aft and all the way forward is the Master Stateroom and Head, which can also be accessed from the Stateroom or the Salon companionway.
The current owner is an expert sailor who loves the uncompromised quality of this Baltic. She exudes perfection, performance, precision, and the craftsmanship that only comes out of a hand-built sailing vessel from Finland. If you ever dreamed of owning a Nautor's Swan, then this Baltic is for you!

Manufacturer Provided Description
At 35 feet the Baltic 35 is the smallest in Baltic's fleet. Big on quality, performance, space, technology and elegance, she leaves no doubt that a Baltic is in a class by itself. An impressive yacht, perfect for cruising or racing, her design and layout make her easy for a family crew to handle, and she is amazingly roomy and comfortable belowdecks. The Baltic 35 is an advanced design. The fine waterline guarantees speed to windward, even in choppy seas. Special care has been taken to design the section and distribution of displacement to optimize performance and handling characteristics. The Baltic teak deck is built to last. On a Baltic the teak deck is part of the deck structure itself and is made from the finest, carefully selected teak. The Baltic 35 is also synonymous with space and comfort. The maximum beam allows room for the luxurious style of interior usually found on larger yachts, and even at the stern she is 7-feet 6-inches wide, so that the cockpit is really spacious. The hull is balsa core fiberglass using fiberglass mat, unidirectional roving and mat roving combination to develop an extremely rigid yet light and well-insulated structure. In comparison with conventional FRP lay-up, the sandwich construction combined with the use of high grade unidirectional roving is 40 per cent lighter and results in 150 per cent higher panel rigidity. There are also increases in strength and insulation. High stress areas are specially strengthened with unidirectional roving oriented in the direction of the stress. The external fin keel, cast to high accuracy in lead with added antimony, is through bolted to the hull by keel bolts in stainless-steel.
