Important Update 12-20-16:  Upon return from Hatteras, NC after auditioning for Wicked Tuna this vessel lost the number 3 cylinder on the port engine. The cost for the overhaul is $20,000 hence the reduction in price of this vessel to $150,000 FIRM. If not sold this vessel will be going into service in January of 2017 and re-powered with New Twin Cummins QSC 8.3 600 Horsepower engines. That will also include new bigger shafts, struts, rudders, electronic transmissions, digital gauges and motors will be linked to the Garmin. Everything will be new and brought up to speed accordingly. The listing will then be overhauled and the asking price will be $349,000. 

*Just Reduced by $30K (from $199K) and new upgrades as of 10-1-16*. This beautiful Post Marine 46' Sportfish had the hull laid out in 1981 and it was built out in 1982. It has been superbly refit since purchase by it's 3rd owner for charter use. After a HUGE investment with most of the major upgrades being completed in the last year and half, the seller has simply changed his mind in this aspect of his business. This is a solid opportunity to get into a 46 Post with most of the work already done for you. In this listing I will do my best to convey the most accurate condition of this vessel through pictures, videos and as many details as possible. All work that has been done is documented. All services are up to date right down to the Westerbeke 15kw Gen-Set which were done 70 hours ago. This vessel is 100% turn key ready for the water. 

This vessel is powered by Detroit Diesel 671-TI turbo charged engines that were overhauled and rebuilt just 500 hours ago at the 4000 hours mark by the previous owner. The current owner has run "Coastal Addiction" approximately 200 hours.  The previous owner also invested $40,000 on the frame-less windows on both port and starboard. The current owner basically gutted the whole interior of the vessel refurbishing the galley, staterooms, bathrooms, wiring, lighting, carpeting, appliances, fixtures, ceiling and so much more which should be detailed in the videos. 

Highlights: The bulkhead was completely gutted and re-framed with coosa board including the installation of frame-less windows. The salon entrance door was rebuilt in teak. The ceiling was just completely redone with a PVC composite. Brand new drip-less shafts (6 months ago) were just installed including all new cables straight up to the Marlin tower and brand new rudder mounts. The exterior of the vessel was recently finished in a 3M wrap with the bottom paint being done less than a year ago. The exterior of the vessel from the deck up was also just completely repainted including the addition of powder coated rails and steps. All lighting is LED (multi colored adjustable) and the freezer including the fishing station on the deck are new. The Marlin tower hard top is brand new. In the salon the flat screen TV is new and all of the upholstery in the interior has been redone. In the galley everything is new from the fixtures to the refrigerator with the only exception being the original stove. A new washer/dryer (used only 3 times) has been installed and a dehumidifier in the guest stateroom as well which is directly plumbed into the bilge area. All sky lighting has been re-framed and is brand new. 

Notes: As noted in the video the hatch doors on the deck show some distress by the handles. A fighting chair is included but the pedestal is missing (a search is in progress). The 3M wrap is "easily" removable with heat and easily repairable as well. In the survey from 2013 it was noted "The bottom was covered with small (1/4" diameter) shallow blisters, approximately 12 per square foot, all blisters were in the gel coat only, none are considered structural, no action required". All bonding, extinguishers, safety equipment & gear, GFCI and detectors are all up to code. As noted in the video the bow pulpit and windlass were removed. The immediate surrounding around area was completely redone with coosa board and painted. There are 2 anchors stowed. The port engine was rebuilt at approximately 4000 hours and the starboard engine was rebuilt at approximately 4200 hours.
