GO OFFSHORE ABOARD THIS VET....COME SEE S.V. FREYA!,
YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
The 30' Hunter Vogel was built by Art Boivin of Surrey, BC. These vessels were designed by Aage Utzon of Copenhagen, who was influenced by traditional Danish Double Enders. When this vessel was introduced it was considered a performance cruiser due to its longer waterline, larger sail area and draft. The vessel has great proportions with a reasonable 10 beam and a 45% ballast to displacement ratio, which will result in a stiff, comfortable and dry ride. The interior is surprisingly spacious for the style with 6' to 6'4" headroom and berths for two couples.
The simplicity of this vessels systems combined with good maintenance from caring knowledgeable owners make this a great opportunity. This vessel would be suitable for enjoying local cruising and easily capable of going much further afield. If you have been looking to get into a vessel that is capable of taking you off into the sunset or just have an appreciation for traditional seaworthy designs you will want to see this one.
