The Cape Dory 25D has a spacious layout for a boat of her size. This is achieved by the head area being forward, eliminating the typical v-berths. Thus, the main cabin has full length berths port and starboard with shelves above. A support in the mid cabin area is under the deck stepped mast, and a portable table is mounted midships.
Aft in the main cabin, to port, is a well appointed galley. A Kenyon 2 burner alcohol stove is forward, an insulated ice box is outboard and aft, and a SS sink, served by a manual fresh water pump is next to the companionway. Nemerous shelves and lockers complete the galley.
To starboard is a spacious quarter berth.
The cabin is finished in oiled teak, and all ports are opening and have curtains.
