The yacht sleeps 4 in two double berths. She has 6'2" headroom.
Large anchor well forward; large hanging locker and storage area accessed from the interior ; ‘U’ shaped seating area with center-line table which drops to make a large double berth; large galley to starboard with a navigation table and enclosed head to port; double quarter-berth aft stateroom with drawers and hanging lockers to port.
The Galley has double stainless steel sinks with a stainless steel wash-board; 3 burner LPG stove with oven; large Nova Cool 12 volt refrigerator (2011) and two plates making it very effective; lots of drawer, and counter space. The head has an overboard discharge manual marine toilet with Y-valve. There is a 22 US gallon holding tank which has always been used as an additional water tank (it can easily be converted to holding); telephone type shower; hot and cold pressure water (water pump replaced 2016); 2 fresh water tanks with a total capacity of 64 US gallons; Seaward hot water heater (2012) producing hot water from the engine and dock-side (110 volt connection).
The interior is finished to the usual C&C standard with teak and holly sole (refinished 2016), fibreglass headliner; solid teak trim and ceilings; beige Formica-faced cabinet facings; burgundy/gray fabric upholstery (2015).

1981 Yanmar 27 HP model 3HMF fresh water cooled (heat exchanger) marine diesel inboard engine with Vee-Drive. The engine was reported to the owner to have had a ‘factory-rebuild’ in 2005; hour meter showing 850 engine hours (approx.) since 2005; 3 bladed fixed propeller; 30 US gallon fuel capacity.
The yacht has both 12 and 110 volt electrical systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine through selector switches to 4 lead-acid batteries. There is a 1000 watt inverter and an automatic battery charger. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection; a 50’ 30 amp cord and 15amp adapter is included.
The yacht has a full complement of interior and navigation lights and foredeck light.
Recent Doyle full battens mainsail and roller furling 120% Genoa. The mainsail is fitted with a zippered sail-cover which is permanently mounted along with lazy jacks.
