The Spencer 44' Centre Cockpit 1330 is a John Brandlmayr designed hull, well built and comfortable for offshore sailing or as a liveaboard. This has been well kept by its owners who have retired from the Navy. As you leave the comfortable cockpit and step below into the salon, you will see a u-shaped galley to port and generous seating as you step down into the Salon. An amazing amount of deep storage keeps everything out of the way and tidy.
She boasts accommodations for up to six people in a 3 cabin layout. The Aft Master Stateroom has a large berth to port with generous hanging locker, drawers and storage lockers.Both the Master Suite and the Guest have a private head. Hydronic heat keeps you warm throughout the vessel. Topside you will see a Dodger with a Bimini and Clear Vinyl windows. A windlass and roller furler forward, and a covered Mainsail. Instrumentation throughout includes GPS, Radar, Wind Speed, Wind Angle, and Depth Sounder. A Caribe dinghy with a 8 HP engine, and a liferaft on deck for safety.
Powered by the original Izuzu Diesel (56 HP).she was hauled out in May of 2016 where she had her zincs replaced. She was last bottom painted in the spring of 2015.
