Extensively rebuilt in 2008 by Cross Point Yachts in Edgecomb, ME. The rebuild included a complete hull restoration and conversion from a commercial boat to a recreational one, new deck house, and ALL new systems, including new engine, genset, interior trim, bow thruster, wiring, tanks and all other internal systems, etc. This handsome wood downeast boat from a notable builder, is both good looking and very functional. Given her recent work, she should prove easy to own for the next owner. The original builder, Lash Brothers, is more noted for their commercial work but were very highly regarded by the fishermen on the Maine Coast. Late 2014 she went back to Cross point and had all servicing work done and full fresh paint job for 2015

Accommodations
Comfortably set up to accommodate two in a single stateroom layout. As part of the 2008 rebuild the entire interior was replaced as was the deck house and decks. Accordingly all fixtures, lighting, upholstery, interior finishes etc. are new 2008.
Traditionally finished with varnished mahogany trim on white flat panels, overheads are sheathed with tongue and groove bead board above white laminated deck beams with varnished mahogany trim pieces while the soles are varnished solid teak in the wheelhouse and varnished teak and holly below. Abundant natural light and ventilation via 4 stainless steel opening ports and one large hatch below and via 14 windows in the wheelhouse. When natural ventilation is not sufficient, a reverse cycle (heats & cools) air conditioning unit is fitted. Artificial light is provided by several overhead dome style brass lamps in the wheelhouse and working areas below and reading lamps at the V-berth.
Starting forward is the 6'-6"+ V-berth with filler. Above the berth the hull is lined with tongue and groove bead board. Below the berth there is bin type storage and access to the bow thruster. Aft and to starboard is a generous hanging locker and then the enclosed head. The head features an electric W.C. plumbied via a Y valve to the holding tank, granite counter top vanity with undermount stainless steel sink with H&C pressure water via "telephone" style faucet which acts as the shower nozzle when desired. The fiberglass sole of the head acts as a drain for this ensuite shower which drains to a separate sump with pump.
Opposite the head is the lower portion of the galley featuring granite counter tops, a Wallas 2 burner propane cooktop, Tappan microwave oven, and storage in several lockers and drawers.
Up three steps to the wheelhouse laid out with the helm station to starboard with adjacent side door, there is a fold down helm seat followed by the upper portion of the galley with granite counter surface, stainless sink and 12 volt DC Frigoboat refrigerator/freezer.
To port the wheelhouse is open but there is room for a couple of chairs and table if desired. As currently fitted there is a companion Pompanette swivel seat. At the forward bulkhead there are three storage drawers.
Large and small engine space hatches provide easy access to mechanicals while the wide centerline door aft and side door provide easy ingress and egress from the wheelhouse.
